Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1) Scope of Application

This policy applies to customers purchasing on www.bluevalentineatelier.it as Consumers.
For purchases made as a Business, different rules apply as provided in the Terms and Conditions.

Note on customized garments: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized, pursuant to Article 59, letter (c) of the Italian Consumer Code.
In such cases, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or an error is attributable to the seller.

2) Right of Withdrawal for Non-Customized Products

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days.

• Single order: from the day you receive the product.
• Multiple items: from the day you receive the last item.

3) How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an explicit statement within 14 days from delivery using one of the contacts listed in the Contact Information section.
The date of sending your request is considered valid for compliance with the 14-day period.

4) Return Shipping

After notifying your intention to withdraw, the products must be returned within 14 days to the following address:

• The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of defective or incorrect items.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.
• The risk of loss or damage during transport lies with the customer until the goods are received.

5) Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be intact, unused, and complete with labels, tags, accessories, and original packaging.
Any handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item may result in a reduction of the refund proportional to the decrease in value.

6) Refund

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of your withdrawal notification.
• Refunds may be withheld until we have received the products or until you provide proof of return shipment.
• Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional delivery costs (non-standard shipping options) are not refundable.

7) Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receipt by sending photos and a description to info@bluevalentineatelier.it.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all related shipping costs.
This is without prejudice to the legal warranty of conformity (Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code).
